Our stock is constantly being updated and every attempt is made to ensure all advertised items are in stock. Occasionally, however, due to a stock count error or a faulty item, we may not be able to supply the item purchased. At that time, we will give you the option of:

If you would like to purchase an item that is sold out, send us an email that includes the stock code and we will then notify you by email when an item comes back into stock.
If you have been notified that an item has arrived you will need to place your order promptly otherwise the item could sell out again. Making a request for a product will not secure an item for you.
Once your order has been processed and paid for we will mail you your goods through Australia Post within three working days. This is for orders placed within Australia only. If you require a more secure option then please email us and we will organize other options at additional charges.

If your goods arrive damaged, it is important that you keep all packaging and take both the packaging & contents to your local post office for review & to make a claim. We cannot make the claims from our end, but are happy to provide any receipts or information you require.
Customers should be aware that the colour of images of papers and other products displayed on this site and viewed on your computer may not be exactly the same as for the actual product. We endeavour to display images in as true to actual colour as is possible.
